This is an alchemical process, similar to for instance, turning lead into gold, so when we allow ourselves the space to be nurtured, as is the case when receiving Reiki, our bodies respond by relaxing and healing.
More and more research is being done about the health benefits of Reiki and as we become more open to natural healing and accept that our bodies are multidimensional, we will feel and learn the way in which Reiki works. They key is to see yourself as multidimensional, operating on many different levels.
